This is the Cheng Man-Ch’ing style of Tai Chi and the principles can be applied to any style. Tai Chi is used as a moving meditation and for its health benefits. You can get started even if you aren’t in top shape or the best of health. It is a low-impact, slow-motion exercise and can be easily adapted for anyone, from the most fit to people confined to wheelchairs or recovering from surgery.
